You may request a return for 100% store credit or exchange within 15 calendar days of the receipt of your purchase. Requests for refunds will result in a 15% restock fee. Some products must be returned to the manufacturer directly and a Customer Service representative will send you return instructions for your product type.

Return & Exchange Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.

How To Return or Exchange an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.  Instruction on how and where to return your item will be sent to you by our Customer Service Department.

  • Exchanges
    If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color, provided it was not personalized or custom ordered. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
  • Returns
    All approved return items will be issued a store credit for 100% of your purchase price, refunds will result in a 15% restock fee.  You will have to pay return shipping. Please note that excessive returns for store credit may also result in a restock fee.
